HEBEI STEEL CORP. announced that the company held its sixth board of directors' third meeting on October 17, 2025, where it approved the proposal on the change of the chairman and vice-chairman, electing Deng Jianjun as the chairman of the company. Recently, the company completed the procedures for the change of the legal representative's business registration and obtained a new "Business License."
