Shanghai Yashi announced that the company has issued 43.6681 million A-shares to its controlling shareholder, Hubei International Trade Group Co., Ltd. After the issuance is completed, Hubei Guomao's shareholding will increase to 97.3321 million shares, accounting for 38.92% of the total shares. This issuance complies with the provisions of the "Measures for the Administration of the Acquisition of Listed Companies" regarding the exemption from the obligation to make a tender offer. The company's third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2024 has approved the exemption of Hubei Guomao's obligation to make a tender offer. Before this equity change, Hubei Guomao held 26% of the shares and was the controlling shareholder of the company.
