Hailir: Provides a guarantee of 150 million yuan for its wholly-owned subsidiary

Hailir announced that it recently signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Laixi Branch of Bank of China to provide a joint liability guarantee of 150 million yuan for the credit business conducted by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Audis Bio. The actual guarantee balance currently provided is 284 million yuan. As of the announcement date, the total external guarantees of the company and its subsidiaries amount to 3.331 billion yuan, accounting for 97.29% of the audited net assets at the end of 2024, with no overdue guarantees. Audis Bio's revenue in the first half of 2025 is 624 million yuan, with a net profit of 81.4392 million yuan. This guarantee is within the previously estimated limit and is mainly to meet the business needs of the subsidiary
