AURORA: Shareholder Chu Shuxia has completed the transfer of 65.152 million shares of the company
AURORA announced that the 65.152 million shares of the company held by shareholder Chu Shuxia, who holds more than 5% of the shares, have completed the registration of judicial auction transfer. After the transfer, Chu Shuxia and her concerted actors Zuo Hongbo, Chu Chunbo, and Li Wenxiu collectively hold 172 million shares of the company, with a total shareholding ratio reduced to 6.23%. This share transfer will not lead to a change in the company's control and will not affect the company's daily operations
