OUMASOFT: The controlling shareholder and actual controller are expected to change
OUMASOFT announced that on October 24, 2025, the actual controllers Shandong University, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Shandong Province, the transferee Shandong State-owned Capital Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and the transferor Shandong Shanda Capital Operation Co., Ltd. signed the "Agreement on Gratuitous Transfer." Shanda Capital will gratuitously transfer its 25.82% stake in OUMASOFT to Shandong Guotou. After this gratuitous transfer, Shanda Capital will still hold 4.99% of the company's shares. This gratuitous transfer does not trigger a tender offer
