OUMASOFT announced that Shandong Shanda Capital Operation Co., Ltd. will transfer its 25.82% equity in OUMASOFT to Shandong Guotou without compensation. After the equity change, Shandong Guotou directly holds 25.82% of the shares in the listed company, becoming the controlling shareholder of the listed company, while the Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission becomes the actual controller of the listed company. The information disclosure obligor no longer controls the listed company and has no plans to increase or decrease its equity in OUMASOFT within the next 12 months
