*ST Zhongji announced that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Zhongji Red Tomato Industry Co., Ltd., received the "Pre-restructuring Notice" delivered by the Intermediate People's Court of the Sixth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, notifying the initiation of pre-restructuring for the company and Red Tomato, and appointing a liquidation team as the temporary administrator. According to the progress of the pre-restructuring work, the company disclosed the "Announcement on the Progress of Pre-restructuring Matters and Receipt of Pre-restructuring Extension Notice" on October 23. On October 27, the company and its subsidiary Red Tomato received the "Notice" issued by the Intermediate Court of the Sixth Division, notifying the extension of the pre-restructuring period for the company and its subsidiary Red Tomato by three months until January 28, 2026
