ACROBIOSYSTEMS: Plans to cancel a total of 670,500 shares

ACROBIOSYSTEMS announced that the company plans to change the use of the remaining 57,803 shares from the first phase of repurchased shares in the dedicated repurchase securities account from "for employee stock ownership plans or equity incentives" to "for cancellation and corresponding reduction of registered capital," and will proceed with the cancellation procedures for 612,700 shares in the second phase of repurchased shares as planned. The total number of shares to be canceled in this repurchase plan, including the first and second phases, will be 670,500 shares. After the cancellation is completed, the company's total share capital will be reduced from 168 million shares to 167 million shares
