CHENMING PAPER elects Jiang Yanshan as chairman
CHENMING PAPER's board of directors elected Jiang Yanshan as the new chairman, with a term ending on October 28, 2025. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHENMING PAPER (01812) announced that the board of directors has agreed to elect Mr. Jiang Yanshan as the chairman of the company's 11th board of directors, with a term starting from the date of approval by this board meeting until the expiration of the term of the company's 11th board of directors.
The company will complete the board of directors' re-election on October 28, 2025, at which point Mr. Li Weixian's term as general manager will expire. The company is currently in a transitional phase of resuming work and production and risk resolution. After careful assessment, the board of directors agreed not to appoint a general manager at this time. To ensure the normal operation of the company's various tasks, Mr. Jiang Yanshan, the chairman of the board, will act as the general manager during the vacancy until the company appoints a general manager according to procedures.
In addition, the board of directors agreed to appoint Mr. Li Weixian, Mr. Liu Peiji, Mr. Meng Feng, Ms. Zhu Yanli, Mr. Dong Lianming, Mr. Guo Qinyan, Mr. Ge Guangming, and Mr. Yuan Xikun as vice general managers of the company.
