Dongfang Xingzhi intends to acquire 68,334,266 shares held by Xinjiang Shanglong and Wang Guimei, accounting for 14.51% of the company's total share capital, at a transfer price of approximately 5.31 yuan per share, with a total transaction value of 363 million yuan. At the same time, Wang Guimei waived her voting rights for the remaining 44,418,694 shares of the company.
