OIMEC: Dalian Jintou holds 11.68% stake without reduction

OIMEC announced that Dalian Financial Industry Investment Group Co., Ltd. originally planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.9272 million shares through block trading and no more than 2.9636 million shares through centralized bidding from July 31 to October 30, 2025, totaling no more than 8.8908 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital; as of the announcement date, the deadline has passed without any shares being reduced, and it still holds 34.6068 million shares, accounting for 11.68%
