SMART CONTROL: Subsidiary SMART CONTROL New Energy signs a major contract worth 616 million yuan
SMART CONTROL announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai SMART CONTROL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., as the leading party of the consortium, has signed the "PC General Contract for the Construction of the 350MW/700MWh Independent Energy Storage Power Station Project Phase II in Minle County" with its consolidated subsidiary, Minle County Zhuohang New Energy Development Co., Ltd. The total contract price is RMB 616 million. This contract is a routine operating contract and does not require approval from the company's board of directors or shareholders' meeting. If the project is successfully implemented, it is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future operating performance
