The first LNG ship for the Tianjin Port supply guarantee season has arrived for operations

On October 31, an LNG carrier transporting 60,000 tons of liquefied natural gas docked at Tianjin LNG terminal, marking the official start of Tianjin Port's natural gas supply guarantee work for this winter and next spring. It was introduced that, in response to the lower temperatures this year that may lead to an earlier heating season, the port and related energy companies entered the supply guarantee cycle for the heating season starting from the end of October. The LNG vessel that docked this time is the first ship in the entire supply guarantee cycle. According to relevant personnel, during the heating season, it is expected that 17 LNG vessels will dock at Tianjin LNG terminal, with an expected unloading volume of 1.1 million tons, which can meet the heating gas demand of 26 million households
