XTEMD: The equity holding ratio of Electric Chemical Investment Holding Group's free transfer of shares has reached 42.23%

XTEMD announced that Electric Chemical Industry Investment Holding Group holds 42.23% of the shares of XTEMD through a non-compensatory transfer. Prior to this acquisition, Electric Chemical Industry Investment did not hold any shares of XTEMD. After the acquisition is completed, Electric Chemical Industry Investment indirectly holds 266 million shares of XTEMD through Zhenxiang Guotou, accounting for 42.23% of the total share capital. The controlling shareholder of XTEMD remains Electric Chemical Group, and the actual controller is still the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Xiangtan City. Electric Chemical Industry Investment stated that there are no plans to increase or decrease its holdings in XTEMD shares within the next 12 months
