Blue Rocket: Termination and withdrawal from the establishment of a limited partnership for joint investment

On November 3rd, Blue Rocket announced that the company had previously signed the "Fund Partnership Agreement of the ZhanSu Future Equity Investment Partnership" with the general partner and other limited partners of the ZhanSu Future Equity Investment Partnership. The company, as a limited partner, contributed 20 million yuan, accounting for 48.66%. In light of the current changes in the market environment and considering the actual circumstances of each partner, the company decided, after careful consideration and friendly consultation with all partners, to terminate and withdraw from this joint investment matter in order to reduce investment risks and management costs. Recently, the company signed the "Withdrawal Agreement of the ZhanSu Future Equity Investment Partnership" with the general partner Tongchuan Puyao Jiuzhou Fund Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners
