Secote co.ltd: Plans to cancel 3.2137 million repurchased shares

Secote Co., Ltd. announced that the company will hold a board meeting, supervisory board meeting, and shareholders' meeting on August 28 and September 15, 2025, respectively, to review and approve the proposal to change the purpose of some repurchased shares and to cancel them. It plans to cancel 3,213,710 shares that have been repurchased but not used, with the cancellation date set for November 4, 2025. After the cancellation is completed, the company's total share capital will decrease from 278,590,823 shares to 275,377,113 shares, and the registered capital will decrease from 278,590,823 yuan to 275,377,113 yuan. This cancellation will not have a significant impact on the company's finances, operations, or control, nor will it affect its listing status
