CH GENERAL EDU acquires art examination training services for a price of 312 million RMB
CH GENERAL EDU (02175.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Guangzhou Tongmeng Art Education Consulting from an independent third party, which mainly engages in providing art examination training services, for a consideration of 312 million RMB, including an initial cash payment of 93.6 million RMB, with the balance to be paid in three installments. The company may choose to settle with consideration shares. Based on the issue price of 3.75 RMB, the estimated maximum number of consideration shares is 63.8946 million shares
