China plans to develop a next-generation nuclear-powered aircraft carrier equipped with advanced energy weapons, including a rail gun and high-energy laser systems. Military expert Liang Fang highlighted the potential of electromagnetic weapons, which utilize electromagnetic force for high-speed projectile launch.
