GOLDENPOWER partners with third-party consortium to produce disposable batteries
GOLDENPOWER (03919.HK) announced the establishment of a joint venture with independent third party Wanxing Machinery and Huang Binggang in Yunan, Guangdong, to engage in the research and development, production, and operation of batteries, power supply products, related components, raw materials, and electrical appliances. The registered capital of the joint venture is 20 million RMB, of which the company contributes 49% through the provision of production equipment, amounting to 9.8 million RMB
