DASHAN EDU Chairman Zhang Hongjun has resigned from all positions

DASHAN EDU (09986.HK) announced that, starting from December 1, Mr. Zhang Hongjun has resigned from all positions on the board and in the company, including Executive Director and Chairman, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Chairman of the Investment Management Committee, member of the Compensation Committee, and authorized representative, due to his desire to devote more time to personal matters outside of group affairs. On the same day, Mr. Zhang also resigned from all positions in the company's subsidiaries.

Trading of the company's shares has been suspended since November 28 at 1:32 PM, pending clarification of the circumstances mentioned in the relevant restriction notice involving the company's shares
