BAIYUNSHAN PH (00874.HK) announced that its subsidiary Guangzhou Pharmaceutical is acquiring 100% equity of Zhejiang Medical Engineering from independent third party Haizheng Pharmaceutical through a public listing method. The latter is a pharmaceutical distribution enterprise in Zhejiang Province, primarily engaged in the wholesale of various pharmaceutical products, with a cash consideration of 500 million RMB
