Beijing Zhipu Huazhang's Hong Kong IPO has been filed with the China Securities Regulatory Commission
The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a filing notice regarding the overseas issuance and listing of Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd. and the "full circulation" of unlisted shares in the domestic market. The company plans to issue no more than 43,032,400 overseas listed ordinary shares and list them on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange
