Ye Hanbing, former Deputy Governor of Sichuan Province and former Director of the Provincial Public Security Department; Fu Qiang, former Party Secretary and Political Commissar of the 123rd Regiment of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps; Zhu Yongqing, former Party Branch Member and Deputy Director of the Fifth Department of the Henan Provincial People's Procuratorate; Gao Yongfeng, former Party Branch Secretary and Executive Deputy Director of the Arbitration Commission of Hengshui City, Hebei Province; Zhao Yong, former Director of the Overall Planning Department of the Nanjing Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources in Jiangsu Province; Zeng Haiyang, former Standing Committee Member of the Liao Yuan Municipal Committee and former Secretary of the Dongfeng County Committee in Jilin Province; and Yang Haimin, former Party Branch Secretary and General Manager of the Qidong Direct Warehouse of China Grain Reserves Corporation, among others, were seriously dealt with for violations such as improper dining, accepting gifts and money, changing official travel itineraries for personal tourism, engaging in "performance projects," and conducting learning exchanges without substantive content.
