FORTIOR spent over 700 million yuan to acquire Shenzhen Nanshan Qianhai property
FORTIOR (01304.HK) announced that on December 25th, it entered into an agreement with the seller, Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Qidi Industrial, to acquire a property located in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, for a consideration of nearly RMB 710 million, for research and development, office, and commercial purposes.
The property is the entire Building 1 of the Ma Wan Runrong Building (Phase II) in the Shenzhen Nanshan Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, with a total construction area of over 25,200 square meters
