GREEN LEADER (00061.HK) announced the sale of its terminated business - 49% equity in Shanxi Coal along with shareholder loans to independent third party Dehui International for a cash consideration of HKD 8 million. Based on the target group's net liabilities, accumulated reserves, and the shareholder loans being sold, the estimated proceeds from the sale are approximately HKD 947 million
