GLORY SUN LAND (00299.HK) stated that it was unable to publish the 2025 full-year performance announcement and annual report within the specified time according to the listing rules. Due to the uncertainty regarding the time required to prepare all the undisclosed information and documents, the board of directors was unable to estimate the additional time needed and could not provide the expected publication date for the 2025 full-year performance announcement.
