Nanjing is making efforts to attract talent in the New Year: gathering no less than 300,000 young talents each year

On the afternoon of January 4th, Nanjing held the "First Meeting of the New Year" - the Conference on the Deep Integration of Technological Innovation and Industrial Innovation. The talent policy version 2.0 (2026-2028) released at the conference clearly states the plan to attract no less than 300,000 young talents each year. For new graduates entering the job market, living subsidies will be provided at 10,000 yuan for bachelor's degree holders, 30,000 yuan for master's degree holders, and 100,000 yuan for doctoral degree holders. In terms of housing security, the local government has established a comprehensive system covering "a bed, a room, and a house." For the first time, "youth talent housing vouchers" will be issued, with subsidies of 30,000 yuan, 60,000 yuan, 100,000 yuan, and 150,000 yuan for vocational, bachelor's, master's, and doctoral graduates respectively, which can be used in conjunction with rental subsidies. At the same time, the rental subsidy for college graduates has been optimized and upgraded, expanding from the original 2,000 yuan/month for doctoral graduates, 800 yuan/month for master's graduates, and 600 yuan/month for bachelor's graduates to include vocational graduates.
