Beijing releases a list of key engineering projects worth over 1.4 trillion yuan

Beijing released the list of key engineering projects for 2026, with a total investment exceeding 1.4 trillion yuan, of which social investment accounts for 70%. The "Three 100" key engineering projects include 100 major scientific and technological innovation and modernization industry projects, such as the second and third phases of the Tsinghua South Gate National Key Base and the renovation of the core area of the Shougang Park service trade fair permanent venue; 100 major infrastructure projects, including the Northeast Ring Line of the Beijing Suburban Railway and the Xifengshan Reservoir; and 100 major livelihood improvement projects, including the new campus of Beijing University of Technology in Fangshan and the Beijing Art Museum.
