The 2026 China Wind Energy New Year Tea Party was held in Beijing. At the meeting, Qin Haiyan, Secretary-General of the Wind Energy Professional Committee of the China Renewable Energy Society, pointed out that the export capacity of Chinese wind turbines is steadily increasing, with a cumulative export capacity expected to exceed 28 million kilowatts by 2025, and the number of exporting countries has surpassed 60. In addition, Chinese companies have established production plants or R&D centers and operation and maintenance service centers in more than 20 countries. It is estimated that from 2025 to 2030, the global newly installed capacity will reach a total of 1.06 billion kilowatts, averaging about 176 million kilowatts per year. (Jiemian)
