The University of Hong Kong renews the lease for the entire floor of the Harbourfront Centre, with rent approximately 25% lower than three years ago

The University of Hong Kong has just renewed its lease for approximately HKD 303,000 per month for a mid-to-high floor unit in the Pacific Place, to serve as a teaching center. The latest rent has decreased by about 24.8% compared to three years ago.

The unit is located on the 20th floor of Tower 2 of Pacific Place, with a total area of approximately 10,627 square feet, and the latest monthly rent is HKD 303,000, with a per square foot rent of about HKD 28.5. It is reported that this floor is used by the Chinese Business School of the University of Hong Kong.

Data shows that at the beginning of 2023, the University of Hong Kong leased the entire unit for approximately HKD 403,000 per month, with a per square foot rent of about HKD 38. The renewed rent has decreased by HKD 100,000 compared to three years ago
