Sinotrans joint venture acquires warehouse in Hungary, capital commitment of €19.93 million
Sinotrans (00598.HK) announced related transactions, with its subsidiary Sinotrans Hong Kong and Nanshan Hungary establishing a joint venture aimed at acquiring a warehouse in Hungary, with a maximum capital commitment of EUR 49.83 million, of which Sinotrans Hong Kong intends to contribute no more than EUR 19.93 million from its own funds. The registered capital of the joint venture is EUR 10,000, of which Sinotrans Hong Kong will contribute EUR 4,000, holding a 40% stake
