GUOCO GROUP's subsidiary GuocoLand plans to privatize GLM

GUOCO GROUP (00053.HK) announced that its 67% owned Singapore-listed subsidiary GuocoLand is making a formal proposal to GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad "GLM" to privatize GLM through a selective capital reduction and repayment.

The implementation of the privatization proposal for GLM will not have a significant impact on the company's net capital, liquidity status, and other aspects
