RNS Number : 7780R Legal & General UCITS ETF PLC 04 February 2026 4 February 2026Legal & General UCITS ETF PLC(the "Company")L&G Emerging Markets ESG Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETF(the "Sub-Fund")Notice of Extraordinary General MeetingThe Company announces that a circular has been issued to the registered holder of shares in the Sub-Fund (the "Registered Shareholder"), the Bank of New York (Depository) Nominees Limited, for the purposes of convening an extraordinary general meeting for the proposal to change the investment objecitve of the Sub-Fund (the "EGM") Subject to receipt of the approval of the Registered Shareholder, the changes will take effect on or around 27 February 2026.The circular also advises the Registered Shareholder of the intention to reclassify the Sub-Fund as an Article 8 fund under the European Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (the "SFDR") and to make the following changes to the supplement of the Sub-Fund (the "Supplement") as a result of the change of index:a) The name of the Sub-Fund is proposed to change in the manner set out below:Current Sub-Fund NameNew Sub-Fund NameL&G Emerging Markets ESG Exclusions Paris Aligned UCITS ETFL&G Emerging Markets Equity UCITS ETFb) Following the acquisition of Foxberry by MSCI, the current index will be discontinued.
