It supports leading enterprises in the traditional Chinese medicine industry to establish a development fund for the traditional Chinese medicine industry and encourages financial institutions to provide insurance, loans, and other financial services to traditional Chinese medicine enterprises. It aims to cultivate and announce a batch of leading enterprises with ecological dominance and core competitiveness, encouraging them to drive upstream and downstream collaborative development through a full industry chain layout and to take the lead in forming innovation consortia to carry out technological innovation in traditional Chinese medicine
