Multiple real estate companies have recently disclosed their data on ensuring housing delivery for 2025, stating that the work to ensure delivery is nearing completion. By the end of the 14th Five-Year Plan, approximately 7.5 million units of "sold but undelivered" housing have been delivered nationwide.
