Due to the company's major contract announcement suspected of misleading statements, the CSRC decided to file a case against the company in accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China and the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China. The company received a "Notice of Administrative Penalty Pre-Disclosure" issued by the Ningbo Regulatory Bureau of the CSRC on February 6, 2026
