Hopson Development Reaches Principle Agreement on Offshore Debt Restructuring

Additionally, Hopson Development (1813) has reached a principle agreement with a group of noteholders on the main terms of a comprehensive offshore debt restructuring plan, involving $3.95 billion in senior notes, $380 million in syndicated loans, and $334 million in various other loans financed by the company or guaranteed by it.
