The "Hong Kong Building" in Sheung Shui is expected to open to VIPs for a preview as early as this week

The Sheung Shui Cloud Residence developed by WING TAI PPT (00369.HK) has opened two unchanged demonstration units for media visits and is expected to open for VIP previews as early as this week.

One of the demonstration units is based on the B7 unit on the 28th floor, with a usable area of 445 square feet, designed as a two-bedroom unit with a storage room; the other is based on the C6 unit on the 28th floor, with a usable area of 292 square feet, designed as a one-bedroom unit.

Liang Fu Hua, Assistant Sales Director of WING TAI PPT, stated that the Cloud Residence primarily focuses on one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, which account for approximately 58% and 30% of the entire project, respectively.

The project has previously uploaded its sales brochure, offering a total of 765 residential properties, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 196 to 868 square feet, and providing four special units with usable areas from 688 to 868 square feet, featuring large terraces
