Chen Maobo: The International Clinical Trials Academy will be established next year
The Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, Paul Chan, announced the government budget for the fiscal year 2026 to 2027. Chan stated that the "International Clinical Trial Institute" will be established next year, contributing to the country's biomedicine technology "bringing in and going out," helping Hong Kong develop into an international medical innovation hub.
