According to domestic media citing information from Qichacha, China Coal Energy Group's subsidiary China Coal Green Energy Technology (Beijing) has recently established China Coal Green Energy (Shuangyashan) in partnership with China Shipbuilding Technology (600072.SH) and its wholly-owned subsidiary China Shipbuilding Group Wind Power Development. The legal representative is Zhao Changlin, with a registered capital of 1.2 billion RMB. The business scope includes power generation, transmission, and supply (distribution) of electricity; heat production and supply; research and development of related systems for wind farms; and solar power technology services
