GREAT EAGLE H (00041.HK) announced a special dividend to be distributed in the form of physical shares, involving approximately 49.8498 million share units of LANGHAM (01270.HK), with a benchmark of 1 share unit for every 15 shares held. After the distribution, the company's shareholding in LANGHAM will decrease from the current 70.26% to 69.32%
