"Profit Warning" ART GROUP HOLD may turn a loss of HKD 64 million in the first half of the fiscal year

ART GROUP HOLD (00565.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a net loss of HKD 64 million for the six months ending December 2025, compared to a profit of HKD 27 million in the same period last year. The loss is primarily due to the recognition of expected credit loss provisions for lease deposits of approximately HKD 39 million; and there were no one-time gains, deferred tax liabilities reversals, or bargain purchase gains during the period, unlike the same period last year
