Hiconics: Midea Group and its concerted parties hold a total of 35.08% of the shares
Hiconics announced that Midea Group and its concerted party, Guangdong Midea HVAC Equipment Co., Ltd., through subscribing to the shares issued by the company to specific targets, collectively hold 497 million shares of the company, accounting for 35.08% of the total share capital of the company after the issuance, triggering the obligation for a tender offer. According to relevant regulations, Midea Group and its concerted party have committed not to transfer the subscribed shares within 36 months. After the completion of this acquisition, Midea Group and its concerted party will collectively hold 35.08% of the company's shares
