CSSC SHIPPING (03877.HK) announced that it has entered into a sale and leaseback agreement for four container ships with independent third party Vyron Vasileiadis, with a purchase price of approximately USD 104 million; the lease term is 120 months, and the total estimated rent is approximately USD 141 million, including estimated leasing interest of USD 36.69 million
