WATER INDUSTRY: Another creditor intends to attend the hearing for the liquidation petition
WATER INDUSTRY (01129.HK) announced that regarding the petition for liquidation, the company received a notice from a creditor, Wang Jiandong, last Friday (6th), concerning an outstanding debt of HKD 2 million, indicating his intention to attend the hearing scheduled for March 25 to support the petition for the company's liquidation. Previously, two other creditors had also expressed their intention to attend the hearing.
Currently, the court has not issued a liquidation order to liquidate the company. The company is negotiating with the petitioner regarding the repayment of the outstanding amounts owed to the petitioner and will actively seek any possible repayment plans with supporting creditors
