Luo Yingrui sold 19 million for Junlin Tiantang's two properties
GREAT EAGLE H (00041.HK) Chairman Lo Ka-shui's younger brother Lo Ying-sui and related parties recently sold a two-bedroom unit at The Masterpiece in Tsim Sha Tsui for HKD 19 million, along with a previously sold unit at the Joyful Plaza in Wan Chai, cashing out a total of HKD 40.8 million.
It is understood that the aforementioned unit is Room C on a low floor of Tower 2 at The Masterpiece, with a usable area of 750 square feet, priced at HKD 25,333 per square foot. The unit was purchased by Lo Ying-sui and related parties for HKD 17.63 million back in November 2007, with property prices rising by HKD 1.37 million or 7.8% over the past 18 years
