The Chinese team discovers a new particle using the Large Hadron Collider in Europe
The European Organization for Nuclear Research recently announced that the Large Hadron Collider beauty (LHCb) collaboration has discovered a brand new particle. It consists of 2 charm quarks and 1 down quark, and is a singly charged "doubly charmed baryon."
