"Profit Warning" FW HOLDINGS forecasts a full-year loss of at least 50 million yuan
FW HOLDINGS (00572.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of between HKD 50 million and HKD 58 million for the fiscal year 2025, compared to a profit of HKD 13 million in the previous year. The turnaround to a loss is mainly due to a one-time gain of approximately HKD 65 million recorded in the previous year and credit loss provisions made for loans and accrued interest
