Yushu Technology's IPO application has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, aiming to raise approximately 4.2 billion RMB
The Shanghai Stock Exchange announced that it has accepted the IPO application of Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. for the Sci-Tech Innovation Board. According to the prospectus, Yushu Technology plans to raise RMB 4.202 billion (the same below) through this IPO. The sponsor is CITIC Securities.
The prospectus shows that Yushu's operating revenue last year was RMB 1.708 billion, an increase of 3.35 times year-on-year; the net profit attributable to shareholders was RMB 288 million, an increase of 2.04 times year-on-year; and the profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was RMB 600 million, an increase of 6.74 times year-on-year, mainly due to the rapid growth in product sales.
