U.S. President Trump has extended the suspension of attacks on Iranian energy facilities until the 6th of next month. The central parity rate of the RMB against the USD is reported at 6.89141, an increase of 85 points from the previous day. The People's Bank of China today (27th) conducted a 146.2 billion RMB (same below) seven-day reverse repurchase operation in the open market, with the operation rate remaining at 1.4%. Today, 20.5 billion RMB of reverse repos are maturing, resulting in a net injection of 125.7 billion RMB for the day.

The three major A-share indices opened lower. The Shanghai Composite Index opened at 3,852 points, down 36 points or 1%. The Shenzhen Component Index opened at 13,423 points, down 182 points or 1.3%. The ChiNext Index opened at 3,236 points, down 36 points or 1.1%.

In the banking sector, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (601398.SH) opened down 0.1%. China Construction Bank (601939.SH) opened down 0.2%. China Life (601628.SH) continued to decline by 1.1%. In addition, CATL (300750.SZ) opened up 0.9%. BYD (002594.SZ) also opened up 0.8%.

China Mobile (600941.SH) opened down 0.7%, with its 2025 shareholder profit expected to be 137.1 billion RMB, a year-on-year decrease of 0.9%.

Chip stocks fell, with SMIC (688981.SH) A-shares opening down 0.9%, its annual net profit at 685 million USD, a year-on-year increase of 39%. Hua Hong (688347.SH) A-shares opened down 2.3%, with its annual net profit at 54.88 million USD, a decline of 5.6%, and no dividend declared. AI chip stock Cambricon (688256.SH) also opened down 1.9%.

Domestic GPU stock MetaX (688802.SH) opened down 2.1%, with its 2025 net loss narrowing to 789 million RMB. Moore Threads (688795.SH) opened down 1.9%, as the company launched the "Quantum Super Intelligent" integrated computing platform in collaboration with Silicon Zhen. Storage stocks Lattice Semiconductor (688008.SH) and Gigadevice (603986.SH) opened down 3.6% to 5%.

Haier Smart Home A-shares (600690.SH) opened down 2.6%, with its 2025 net profit expected to be 19.553 billion RMB, a year-on-year growth of 4.39%, proposing a dividend of 8.867 RMB per 10 shares and planning to repurchase A-shares worth 3 to 6 billion RMB
